- Fee: $10 -15 per hour
- Income bracket 2: $20,001 - $30,000 per year
- Fee: $20 -25 per hour
- Income bracket 3: $30,001 - $40,000 per year
- Fee: $30-35 per hour
- Income bracket 4: $40,001 - $50,000 per year
- Fee: $40 -45 per hour
- Income bracket 5: $50,001 and above per year
- Fee: $50 -55 per hour
